Marketing and Sales
Queens Products co-operates with a large number of (inter)national manufacturers who do not have their own sales organisation for, among others, the Dutch retail channel.
Queens Products not only does the sales, but, if so desired, will develope the packaging under one of its own brands or a fancy brand. Queens Products also supplies different Private Labels.
Queens Products' assortment has been composed of a wide range of products. We introduce passively (by customer's requests) as well as actively.
Active introductions are a combination of 'me-toos' and innovative new products. For instance, Queens Products B.V. was the first to introduce a deep frozen garlic baguette to the Dutch market.
Sourcing
For sourcing, Queens Products uses her network of allied offices in various suppliermarkets. For example, Queens uses offices in Vietnam, Philippines, South-Africa and Central America, and since autumn 2004 she has her own representative office in Qingdao, China. As a result of the direct presence in the market, Queens can easily respond to marketdevelopments, and consolidates the partnership with her suppliers.
Product development
Either actively or in cooperation with suppliers, Queens developes products which respond to the markets' demand, whereby the element 'added value' of her productrange is extended.
Logistics
In addition, we also manage our own distribution. We distribute the goods directly from our own coldstore in Varsseveld (which has recently been expanded by about 4,000 pallets). Transport to the various Distribution Centre's is taken care of by our own trucks. Because our logistic teams are very dedicated and well coordinated, we are able to meet the demands according to servicedegree made by our clients.
